TrueFi Solutions is a DBA of Blackmere Strategic Holdings LLC.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
